Additional Information:

Setup fees are one-time, nonrefundable fees.
Verizon charges a one time, $200 set up fee for all plans.
Includes FTP access / file transfers
Static IPs available for an additional $7/month/IP Address
Extra E-mail accounts for an additional $2/month/address
Annual discounts available on all accounts except for the Basic - $9.95 plan.
Credit cards can be automatically charged monthly or you can elect to pay by cash, check or money order quarterly.
Choose between e-mail reminders or quarterly hard copy bill via US Mail.

How to Sign Up:

Complete and fax or mail our Contract/Application
Once received, a staff member will contact you to verify your account information and preferred payment method.
All accounts are prorated based on the account activation date for the month.
If you are paying by cash, check or money order, quarterly payment is required in addition to set up fee.
If you are paying by credit card, we will automatically charge your credit card each month.
A staff member will make arrangements with you for computer setup. We have different setup options depending on your desired service and operating system or existing network, if any.

* This fee does not include necessary equipment or other possible charges assessed by Verizon. Equipment charges vary based upon existing network configuration and do not necessarily have to be purchased through Friendly Network.
