Just bring in the equipment that's giving you problems and we'll take a look at it! Here are some things you should know:

The normal turnaround time is 2-4 business days
There is a minimum $50 diagnostic fee
Rush jobs are subject to an additional $50 fee
Please call before stopping in for a professional opinion

The diagnostic fee guarantees that a technician will spend approximately half an hour on your machine to determine the problem. If the problem can be repaired within this time, he or she will do so; otherwise, you will be contacted with a diagnosis and be presented with options and estimates.
