Friendly Computer Systems was founded in Stevensville, Maryland in 1992. Since its beginning as a provider of computer sales and service, the company has continuously expanded its capabilities and scope of services to keep pace with emerging technology and the growing needs of its customers.

Kevin F. O’Connor - President

Kevin O’Connor has close to 25 years of experience in the fields of computer technology and business management. He brings to Friendly Computer Systems a wealth of expertise in system performance and maintenance, network design and implementation, software integration, security, and technical support for clients in many business sectors. In addition to being president of Friendly Computer Systems, Kevin owns and operates O’Connor Consulting, an independent information technology consulting firm, and OCI, an outsourcing firm.

Pamela R. O'Connor - Vice President

Pamela O’Connor comes to Friendly Computer Systems with 18 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing, as well as customer relations. Pamela will oversee customer relations, ensuring that Friendly Computer Systems maintains its long-standing commitment to putting customers first and treating them as valued business partners, even as the company’s capabilities expand and its scope of services evolves to meet customers’ changing needs.

Jake Higginbotham – System Administrator

Jake Higginbotham has been sharing his practical, applied technology experience with Friendly Computer Systems since August 2005. Jake grew up consumed in his interest of computer networking and technology and in high school was already applying his computer knowledge to real world business challenges. As Friendly Computer systems administrator, Jake manages reliability of network infrastructure and operating systems while diagnosing and making repairs on multiple platforms.

Kathleen O’Brien - Accounts Manager/Sales Associate

Kathleen joins Friendly Computer Systems with more than 14 years of accounting, marketing, development and sales management experience in the Baltimore region. Her previous employment affiliates include Chase Fitzgerald, John Hopkins University and Becker Group, Inc. Recently relocating to the eastern shore, Kathleen brings a clear and extensive understanding of public relations and customer support services. Kathleen will be happy to assist you with any of your billing, sales or service inquiries.
